Carolina Hills is a new Master Planned Residential Community surrounding the existing Meadowbrook Golf Course.  Carolina Hills will be developed by the Deck family who have owned and operated Meadowbrook Golf Course since its inception in 1963 as well as lived on this land for over 100 years.

The community will be a total of 516 acres of greenbelt and 397 homes clustered around the golf course, community parks and Commons.  The golf course is being renovated by accomplished golf architect Rick Robbins. There will be 176 homesites, many on the ridge overlooking the golf course and mountains.  There will also be a variety of other residences including patio homes, golf villas, duplexes and townhomes.  Homesites will start in th low 70's and patio homes in the mid-high 200's.

A new golf clubhouse is planned including amenities for our residents and members, such as walking trails, tennis, swimming and fitness.  Golf and Social memberships will be available.
